Squad Training

All EDA squad training is delivered by Elite Swimming Performance Pty Ltd.

Elite Swimming offer a range of training programs designed to build skill, endurance and strength in swimmers of all ages and abilities.

Our program ranges from development squads for swimmers just starting out, to State and National performance squads for elite swimmers looking to compete at the highest level. All of our competitive squad programs are designed for athletes wishing to compete at School, Club, District, Regional, State, National and international competitions.

Each athlete is assessed and offered a squad program depending on their ability, goals and commitment to the training squad program.

Our squad program is largely made up of two streams - the National/State Performance Squad for swimmers with State and National Qualifying Times and the Development Squads for swimmers working towards State Qualifying Times.

Elite Swimming is led by a team of experienced coaches and training sessions are conducted from Monday through to Saturday.
