EDA Encouragement Meet @ KELC

The Encouragement Meet will give swimmers invaluable racing experience in a 50m pool. Swimming Australia rules of disqualification will not be applied at the meet. Times will be recorded but will not be official.

Entry Information
- Fee: $10.00 per event.

- Registered swimmers enter via Swim Central, non registered swimmers enter and pay  Via Trybooking - https://www.trybooking.com/CXVZZ

For Parents and Swimmers:
- Seating: There is lots of shaded space at Keilor East Leisure Centre , please bring your own chairs or picnic blankets.

BBQ:

- Sausages in bread will be available to purchase. The Leisure Centre also has a great Kiosk!

Ribbons and Medals:
- Events: Ribbons will be awarded for all events.

Additional Information:
- The club may cancel or change events if necessary.
- Refunds: No refunds will be given – even in the event of inclement weather.
- Late Entries: Accepted at $20 per event if space allows.
- Admission: KELC spectator admission included

This meet is open to registered Swimming Victoria (SV)

swimming members, swimming members registered with

other clubs affiliated with other State Associations and

international swimmers who meet clearance criteria.

Qualifying times must have been achieved at an approved

qualifying meet from 18th November 2023 until entry closing

date.

Short Course times not accepted.

Entries may close early at the discretion of Swimming Victoria.

Entries Close | Monday 11th November 2024 11:59pm

Late entries will be accepted until 11:59pm Tuesday 12th

November at $50 per entry unless maximum entries and

session lengths have been reached. Strictly no entries

Cheltenham Long Course Meet

CHELTENHAM LONG COURSE

SEASON KICK-OFF

INDOOR 50M POOL - MSAC, ALBERT PARK VICTORIA SUNDAY 27TH OCTOBER 2024

WARM UP: 7.30AM MEET START: 8.30AM

THERE WILL BE A 30 MIN BREAK BETWEEN SESSION 1 AND 2

INFORMATION & CONDITIONS:

Entry Fee: $15 per event (includes SV Approved meet levy)

Age as at Sunday 27th October 2024

The meet will be conducted under the rules of Swimming Australia Limited and Swimming Victoria Inc. Cheltenham will be

applying for this meet to be approved as a qualifying meet.

Swimming Victoria 11/u suit rule will apply

All events to be run as timed finals

Entry is online via Swim Central only

Timeline & Program will be available on Swim Central from Thursday 24th October

Results will be available on meet mobile and will be uploaded to Swim Central the week following the meet

Warm up/cool down lanes will be available

Medals will be awarded in the 12/under events (9 &under, 10 years, 11 years & 12 years)

Cash prizes for events 32 and 33. Other spot prizes.

Open events are open to all age groups

The club reserves the right to cancel or alter events if deemed necessary

Refunds are NOT provided for any reason

We may accept late entries after event closure if space allows. Late entries will be charged as $20/event entry.

MSAC Admission free

The afternoon session will begin at least 30 minutes after the morning session

Elite Swimming Fun Carnival

Elite Swimming Fun Carnival

We are offerring all swimmers in our Bronze, Silver and Gold Junior Squads to come along to our Fun Carnival.

This will be a great way for swimmers to practice their competitive swimming skills in a relaxed and fun environment!

 The warm up begins at 3pm and races commence at 3.30pm. Swimmers can choose up to four events to participate in.

25m and 50m events will be available in all strokes.

 Please register via your Elite centre, the cost is $20 per swimmer. Registration on the day is also possible.
